Plants, sand and extremely slow silence. There should be a continuation of the perception series where the landscape is reshaped on the observant’s brain. That idea arose after a visit to Death Valley. Could be the first one after years with acrylic paint crafted with oil paint.

Tones of acrylic art combined with a catalytic apple pie and some nights, but mostly afternoons being in an Autumn 2024 mood. 1.2m x 0.6m, free hand-cut.

Creation process: Hand-cut 1mx50cm canvas from a 2x2m roll, Titan acrylics, Escoda paintbrushes, a pencil, an easel, a piece of cloth. A visit to Death Valley on Summer and a mobile phone to take some photos. Enough time to think. Crafted on evenings and nights of Autumn 2024.

In my opinion, we live in different realities, we perceive different from each other. It is likely that a common reality frame could exists, but the result of its transformation through my being may differ substantially. But for my eventual suffering, I’d like you to experiment my reality. If possible, for sure I couldn’t stand…
